We are a group of cloth doll makers who meet once a month in Farnborough, Hampshire. There is a range of abilities, but we are all enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills, as well as practice old ones. It's a very friendly and low key environment in which to learn and craft, and while we do that we drink tea, eat donuts and discuss a wide range of topics.

Last month meeting

It has been a long time since our blog was updated. We had our monthly meeting last Saturday. So here are some of the lovely dolls that were on show and tell.

This is a doll that Maureen made in Patti Culea's class in the US.

We had visitors at the last meeting and they brought dolls the had made and dolls n progress too. Below is Jean's dolls

The three dolls below are made by Sally who is a wonderful doll maker and her dolls as always beautiful
Isn't her geisha doll beautiful
And this is poppy and what a lovely way to commemorate the remembrance day

The dolls below are made by Mavis.

This is Mavis's life size baby doll. It is beautifully hand embroidered completely. A lot of stitching indeed!
